At Comfort Control we set ourselves apart from the pack by focusing our attention on our customers’ needs above anything else. We strive to provide solutions, not sales. We want you to understand your options. We take the time to explain the pros and cons, helping you every step of the way.
Thinking About Replacing?
The two most important decisions you have to make is the Brand you choose and the company you choose to install it. The top 3 Brands all utilize the same major components but there is a big difference in the cabinet design, the sound levels and the overall appearance but there is one more really important factor and that’s customer service! That’s why we choose to sell Lennox. Not only do they have a great looking unit with the lowest sound levels in the business, Lennox stands behind their products and has the best customer service we have ever seen among all the other major brands we have sold in the past.
Getting the right company to install your system is crucial.
The most well-known brands can be crippled by a bad installation. Today’s HVAC systems are highly engineered to be energy efficient and reliable. However to achieve these benefits the system must be installed properly. Any company can slap a new system in for you and you will get cool air and warm air when you need it but that does not mean it was installed properly. There are procedures that must be taken to ensure proper installation and I know for a fact that most companies don’t do it. Why? Because it takes longer, it’s more work for the installers and trying to get the installers to do it is very difficult. We take great pride in our work and my installers are on board because they now see the difference in the system performance and the longevity of a properly installed system. For example we seal all the leaks in your ducts as part of the job. Most companies don’t do this at all and the ones that do charge extra for it. We flush out the Freon lines to remove all of the old oils because the new oil can mix with the old oil. This can cause system failure in the future.
