today had my winter servicing, they came in serviced showed us what looked to need a look at later had systems up and running, nice guy, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Glad I switched to Comfort control in july and bought their service plan.
Our service technician was so knowledgeable and helped walk me through everything he was doing and what needed to be done.

Complete 2 heating tune up. Find upstairs heating operating with worn ignition, weak flame safety and weak blower smc. Find main system operating with badly worn flame safety and blower smc reading 4.5/10uf rated. Need to repalce both part to prevent failure but customer decline. System operating but not reliable. Change both filter and complete check. Find open floor plan house in living room causing upstairs to be more hot. Downstairs tstat should be in master bedroom to have better control on Comforts. 2 furnace pm check complete. Changed filters. Tested combustion and found safe co levels on both systems. Found upstairs furnace flame safety sending weak microamp signals, recommend replacing flame safety. Upstairs thermostat is outdated, recommend upgrading to a more reliable thermostat. Found high amp draw on main level inducer motor. Systems operating at this time. Replaced flame safety on upstairs system. Customer upgraded tune up to maintenance plan. Customer used $25 off coupon.

2 furnace pm check complete. Changed filters. Dusted out furnace cabinets and cleared barometric tubing. Tested mechanical and electrical components, all in good shape. Recommend surge protection to protect furnaces from power surges. Recommend apco air purifiers to kill bacteria, germs, and viruses for improved air quality and to help keep evaporator coil clean. Systems are heating normally at this time.
2 furnace maintenance check complete. Found main level furnace with dangerous CO levels. Recommend recalibration. Main level furnace components are in good shape. Main level furnace passed a draft pressure test. Upstairs furnace combustion analysis shows safe co levels and good oxygen levels. Upstairs inducer motor and blower motor have high amp draws indicating wear. Upstairs blower motor controller is running weak. Upstairs Furnace is 19 years old. Due to age and condition of the furnace, recommend upgrading furnace. Dusted out furnace cabinets and cleared barometric tubing. Systems are heating at this time. Renew 2 system Comfort Club Membership. Recalibrated main level furnace for safer carbon monoxide levels.
Furnace Repair. Ignition board was replaced yesterday. After heating for almost a day the furnace stopped working. This was due to low voltage beginning produced from the main furnace circuit board. The furnace circuit board was replaced and the system is now heating. The homeowners want both systems replaced.
Heating repair. No heat from the downstairs system. Found old system, Ignition module has an intermittent short cycle. Replaced ignition module, tested and working normally at this time
Furnace Repair. No heat from downstairs HVAC unit. Found system with ignition module working intermittently. The investment for repairs may be too large, given the system's age. Gave owner option for replacement.
System heating but not proper. Check and find heating operating, but duct system with zone not working properly. Find zone control with zone damper not working. Need to upgrade zone system with bypass to improve air flow. Give customer estimate. Need to call customer to collect for service call.
Found air movement system with burnt windings making burning smell coming out of registers. Replaced with new air movement system and unit is operating normal at this time. Recommend new system due to overall age and condition.
Furnace is 7 years old. Flame safety sensor was weak. Flame sensor has been replaced and the furnace is now heating.
System is dual fuel. House was heating up much quicker because the homeowners were using the furnace instead of the heat pump setting. The system was explained to them and they now understand more about the dual fuel system in there home.
Furnace Repair: Found bad flame sensing system on master bedroom furnace, replaced with new and unit is operating normally at this time.
Completed maintnenace on 3 systems. Found upstairs unit with bad inducer motor and bad flame ignition system, replaced both parts and unit is operating normal at this time. Found flame ignition system for main floor unit white and weak, replaced with new flame ignition system and unit is operating normal at this time. Master bedroom system is operating normal at this time. Recommend new furnace for upstairs and main floor next fall.
Performed 3 System Maintenance. The MainFloor system has a weak blower motor capacitor. The return plenum is caked with dust, lint, and dubree. I recommend the ducts be cleaned. Blower wheel is also dirty. Recommend a water safety pan and water safety switches as well. Flue pipe also needs to be double wall. Basement heat pump system is operational. I do recommend a hard start kit. The compressor is starting to draw higher amps and becoming noisy. The upstairs furnace has a weak blower motor capacitor and is in need of a float switch in the emergency pan.
Performed 1 System Maintenance. Furnace is fully operational and heating properly. I do recommend insulation be added in the attic in the near future. It is below beams.
Performed 2 system heating maintenance. Upstairs attic has no form of electrical safety for air handler components and accessories. Highly recommend installing 5-2-1 surge protector unit. Basement system blower wheel has large amounts of dirt and grime and needs to be chemically cleaned to restore balance and efficiency. Downstairs system has only pass through disconnects leaving it open to electrical damage. Recommend installing surge protector. Both systems operating normal at this time.
Replaced furnace control board. System operating properly at this time
4 system furnace prepaid. Air cleaner good, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. 4 system heating normal, suggest uv light for bacteria and mold prevention on all system
