Recommend installing inline pvc switch to avoid water damage. Combustion readings are not within acceptable range. To much oxygen and not enough carbon monoxide in flu gas. System needs combustion calibration. Single wall flu pipe ran 6 feet to furnace. Recommend replacing all single wall with double wall. Gas flex ran into furnace, against code, recommend running black gas pipe into manifold to meet requirements.
Performed 2 system cooling maintenance. Attic insulation below rafters. Needs to have 8'' blown in insulation to better insulate interior. Outdoor unit has no hard start kit. Both evaporator coil only have pan float switch, for safety against water intrusion system requires an inline backup as well. Recommend installing e-z flow inline switch 1 per system.
