Great Service, As Always!
SUE - Flowery Branch, GA
I moved into a new place and one of the first companies I asked to come out was Comfort Control. I trust them to take care of my HVAC needs and wanted them to ensure that my current systems were in good shape. Steve was awesome, and I feel comfortable that my systems will be well taken care of through my maintenance contracts. Thanks, Comfort Control!

Good job and on time. Only issue I have is add on items. I would like a quote and reason for the recommendation in writing then I can review without pressure. I don't like getting these calls at work.

Reece called ahead and arrived right on time. Very polite and professional. He serviced our units which are getting on in age. He recommended some things we could do to keep them going for a while longer. We chose one of three options . And we are pleased with the results. I feel like we will be getting it all replaced in two or three years and his company will most likely be the one we use because of the service we've had from him and other members of thier crew.

Our spring systems check was performed in a very professional manner. They were respective to our home, wearing show covers to protect carpets, and performed the work quietly. They took the time to answer questions that I had. Well done.

We are moving and this was the last of the good faith mantance to be completed on our current home. I am so impressed with the thoroughness of the bi-annual mantance especially the written documentation and pics provided at the time of service. We ask making sure Comfort Cool will remain our HVAC service provider in our new home and I can in good conscience/confidence know that the buyers of our current home are getting the unit in serviceable condition.
Service was outstanding and everything was thoroughly explained.
