I can trust this company
KEELEY - Norcross, GA
I've used Comfort Control for many years following a less than stellar performance by another company. I trust Vu Tran to tell me the truth and only recommend what's necessary to keep my system in good operating condition. He takes the time to discuss any concerns and does a very thorough checkup. He sends me quotes immediately and, in many cases, offers choices to suit my retirement budget. I have to carefully budget and Comfort Control helps me do that.

BERNIE - Norcross, GA
This is the 3rd or 4th time that Vu has been to my house. He is always so pleasant and professional. What an asset for your company! Please never send anyone to my house but him! Being in a service company for 40+ years, I can spot an imposer at 40 paces. Vu is a true professional. He realizes that he has an obligation to your company to maximize the sales opportunity for your company, but he also realizes that he has an obligation to his customer to do the right thing by them. He gives an honest and educated opinion as to what needs to be done now and what needs to be watched and re-evaluated on future calls!

Reece Wilson was very helpful in answering my questions (and I always have questions) particularly in getting access to the filter as a pipe is in the way.

Technician was on time first thing this AM. He was here most of the day. He initially diagnosed a bad board on the compressor unit, and got a new one from Trane. He couldn't get it installed or working propoerly. A few hours later he said that the whole compressor was shot. He said I needed a whole new AC system. I said that I want to get another opinion and talk more with my wife. He left with the compressor blanket left off and in the yard and he did not re-attach all the panels on the compressor unit. I had a second firm come out today for a 2nd opinion, and this technician found many of the wires diconnected in the compressor unit - it was not returned to existing condition before the Comfort Control technician left. I've been a client for 12 years. I'm unhappy. I called and Richard (the Manager) was going to send out another technicians (in 2 days) to re-evaluate and fix.
Response from Comfort Control Heating & Air:
I will be out there tomorrow morning to resolve this myself.Tom Kohberger Owner

Performed 9 system cooling maintenance. System 1 starting from the back side of the building and working toward the front. Marked supply plenum with a number as a reference. Black mold growing in system 1 supply plenum. Recommend u/v lighting installed to kill mold and bacteria. System three has no secondary water switch. Because system is horizontal if the evaporator pan were to ever become clogged they could run into the plenums and miss the pan completely. Recommend installing in line PVC switch to avoid this. System 5 run capacitor will need to be replaced by next visit. System 6 that supplies front of building has black mold growth in supply plenum. Recommend installing u/v lighting for this supply as well. Recommend hard start kits for the 4 older outdoor units. This will lower amp drawl and unit noise while prolonging life of compressor. All units operating properly at this time. Refrigerant levels are acceptable on all units. Changed all filters. Cleared all drain lines. Teste
